III.Molecular Weight:82.03(anhydrous);136.08(trihydrate)

IV.Physical properties:Sodium Acetate occurs as colorless,transparent crystals or as a granular,crystalline or white powder.The anhydrous form is hygroscopic;the trihydrate effloresces in warm,dry air.One gram of the anhydrous form dissolves in about 2mL of water;1g of the trihydrate dissolves in about 0.8mLof water and in about 19mL of alcohol.

VI.Usage:used as esterifying agent for organic synthesis.Can be used in photography,medicine,mordant,buffer agent,    chemical reagent,pigment,tanning leather and other area.It can also be used in producing various chemical products. Used as sauces buffering agent,it can ease bad odor and prevent oxidize into color,and have anti-mould function.

VlI.Packing:lt is packed with polyethylene bag as liner and a paper plastic composite bag,or a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer.The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

VIII.Storage and transport:It should be stored in a ventilative and dry warehouse instead of in the open air,kept away from  water,moisture and sunlight during transport,handled with care,so as to avoid damage to plastic bags.Furthermore,it should be stored separately from poisonous substance
